Let your light shine!

Over the next few weeks celebrities will switch on Christmas illuminations in many towns and cities, and in some places, such as in London, the lights are already shining brightly!
Would you believe that the Bible says that Christians are like illuminations? Hopefully, we reflect the light of Jesus wherever we go. Note the NIV version of Ephesians 5:13, “But everything exposed by the light becomes visible – and everything that is illuminated becomes a light.”
When Jesus was born, “The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world” (John1:9) and through his light came the forgiveness of our darkest sins. Jesus shines on us, and we become a light!
