Belong Magazine Vol 1. 2025
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Please click here to access the latest edition of our Belong magazine. Due to several reasons, this is the first edition we have been able to send out this year. Please accept my heartfelt apologies for this delay in hearing from us and we hope to have a more regular (quarterly) schedule for our mailings going forward.
Belong is an in-house publication that is designed to help keep our members and contacts up to date with what is happening in the Church and to provide helpful articles and resources to assist you on your Christian journey. We value your feedback on what would be helpful to include in this magazine, so please send any comments to info@gracecom.church.
I am incredibly grateful for our faithful members and contacts, many of whom have been supporting us for years if not decades. In the words of the Apostle Paul, “it is right for me to feel this way about you all, because I hold you in my heart, for you are all partakers with me of grace” (Philippians 1:7 ESV).
Since our last publication, there have been some changes to our ministry structure in the UK and Ireland. On the 5th of April 2025, Pete and Jackie Mill stepped down from employed ministry as Regional Co-Pastors for Scotland, Ireland and the North of England (more details about this are included in the Belong magazine). Following on from this, we have restructured so that instead of Regional Pastors we now have a National Ministry Leader and a deputy National Ministry Leader. I am pleased to say that Barry Robinson, who was previously a Regional Pastor, has stepped into this new role of deputy National Ministry Leader.
For logistical reasons, Barry will be primarily supporting our congregations in the South of England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. I will be primarily supporting our congregations in the rest of the UK (including Scotland!).
In just a couple of weeks we will hold our annual SEP summer camp for teenagers at the Frontier Centre in Northamptonshire. Please keep this outreach initiative in your prayers as we look forward to welcoming over 50 campers and around 30 staff to camp. Many of our campers do not attend Church regularly and this is a great opportunity to be a Christian witness to them and to help support them as they start their journey of faith.
May “the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all” (2 Corinthians 13:14 ESV).
Your brother in Christ,
Gavin Henderson
National Ministry Leader
