If you are passionate about Christian youth work and/or are skilled in teaching sports or crafts, please get in touch! SEP is made possible by the commitment of volunteers – we work hard but also have a lot of fun.

All of the SEP staff are unpaid volunteers. Many have been volunteering on camp for many summers – most go because they enjoy the atmosphere, they want to help achieve its objectives and also because they witness first-hand the difference it makes in young people’s lives.

What skills/qualifications are required? ↓↑

We’re looking for people with a heart to serve, a love for young people and a wide range of gifts and talents. From staff to help in service areas like office admin. and driving, to those who can join our camper teams as they go out on their activities, to those who are suitably qualified to lead activities such as football, volleyball, arts and crafts. Following is a list of activities/service areas we are looking to staff, but if you are qualified in any other area and wish to serve, please get in touch.

Where will I stay? ↓↑

Accommodation is in warm, dry and comfortable timber built lodges.

How much does it cost? ↓↑

All food and accommodation will be provided, but we do ask staff to make a contribution of £100 per person towards these costs. The charge for mini-campers is also £100 per mini-camper.
