Hello,
This weekend millions of Christians will gather around the globe for one reason: to commemorate Jesus’ death and celebrate his resurrection.
We live in a world that is so often devoid of one of life’s most important things – hope. With all the problems facing the world, and the difficulties each of us face in our own lives, it is often easy to despair for the future. But 2,000 years ago, Jesus gave his life to give the world hope and he rose from the grave to prove to us that the hope he gave is real.
If you are despairing at an uncertain future this Easter weekend, these words were written for you: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16 ESV).
Warm regards,
Gavin
