Reading through the Gospel of John

Day 37 – 21 March 2024 – John 17:1-26

Today’s passage as we continue to read through the Gospel of John is known as Jesus high priestly prayer (which he prays to God on behalf of us). As you read through this section of Scripture, please share your thoughts with us using our Facebook page!

If you want to listen to this passage as audio, Bible Gateway offer a number of resources which you can access via this link:

A possible prayer based on John 17:1-26 is:

“Heavenly Father, what magnificent grace that Christ should set aside his glory and live his life as one us, a human being. What amazing love that he would die a cruel death for me and rise again so that by faith in him, I might have eternal life. To him be all praise and glory, forever and ever, amen.”
